Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Associate located in Mumbai. The Tender Associate will be responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, coordinating with various departments for documentation, submitting tenders on time, and ensuring all tender requirements are met. Additionally, the Tender Associate will be involved in market research, identifying new tender opportunities, and maintaining records of all tender-related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and preparing tender documents
• Ability to coordinate with various departments and ensure timely submission
• Market research skills to identify new tender opportunities
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
