Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on with

    TeMIP, OpenNMS

    for fault & event management
  • Good knowledge of

    Telecom OSS

    and

    alarm flow (EMS → NMS)

  • Proficiency in

    Linux basics

    (commands, navigation, shell/awk/sed scripting)
  • Experience in

    fault management, alarm correlation, system health checks

  • Ability to conduct

    first-level fault/incident analysis

    and escalation
  • Knowledge of

    TeMIP filters, rules, alarm enrichment, resync functionality

  • Exposure to

    trap testing, TCP log collection & analysis

  • Hands-on with

    TeMIP filters (Corrective, Tap, Threshold, etc.)

    &

    Alarm Beautifier

  • Experience with

    NMS/EMS integration

    (TCP_CC, TELNET, net-snmp configs)

  • SSL certificate renewal

    and

    application upgrade

    activities (SIT/DEV)
  • Preparation of

    SOPs, documentation, issue tracking

  • Willingness to work in

    24/7 rotational shifts
