Job Summary

The Telesales Caller will be responsible for handling reference calls, generating bookings, and providing customer support for helicopter and private jet charter services. The role involves assisting clients with aviation tour packages, charter enquiries, pricing details, and end-to-end booking coordination while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound reference and enquiry calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls related to helicopter and private jet charter bookings
• Explain aviation charter services including helicopter tours, pilgrimage flights, VIP charters, and private jet travel
• Assist customers with itinerary planning, pricing details, and service availability
• Coordinate with operations and booking teams for confirmation of flights
• Maintain customer records, call logs, and booking details accurately
• Follow up with leads for conversion and customer satisfaction
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or issues professionally
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in aviation-related communication

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or travel industry preferred
• Knowledge of tour & travel or aviation services is an added advantage
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and close bookings over calls
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience in travel agency, aviation charter, luxury travel, or hospitality industry
• Familiarity with pilgrimage routes, tourism destinations, or VIP travel services
