Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who can play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales support or customer service, with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and generate leads
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities
• Handle incoming queries and provide timely and accurate product information
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and coordination tasks
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Confident, energetic, and goal-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
