Teller Service Executive

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities Cash Handling & Transactions Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque transactions. Issue demand drafts, pay orders, and handle fund transfers. Maintain cash limits and reconcile cash at end of the day. Customer Service Greet and assist walk-in customers with banking needs. Provide information about bank products, services, and account-related queries. Redirect customers to relevant departments for specialized services. Compliance & Accuracy Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and bank policies. Verify documents for accuracy and authenticity. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Reporting & Record Keeping Maintain daily transaction records and submit reports to branch manager. Assist in branch audits and compliance checks. Team Support Work with other branch staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist seniors in cross-selling bank products (savings, insurance, loans, etc.). ✅ Key Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of banking & finance Strong numerical and analytical ability Attention to detail and accuracy Customer service orientation
