Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right loan solution.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for smooth customer onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (knowledge of local language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
For Experienced Candidates:
6 months to 2+ years of tele calling/telemarketing experience in the loan or financial services sector.
Proven track record of meeting sales/lead generation targets.
Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of loan products and documentation process preferred.
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge.
