About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Student Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career choices. The ideal candidate should have strong telecalling experience, as the role involves regular interaction with students and parents over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admission processes.
• Handle telecalling and follow-ups with student leads efficiently.
• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to understand student goals and challenges.
• Guide students through application, admission, and documentation processes.
• Maintain regular communication with students to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
• Organize career guidance workshops, webinars, and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update student records and counseling reports.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and universities when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in student counseling or telecalling / sales calling (Freshers with strong telecalling and communication skills may also apply).
• Telecalling experience is mandatory / highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred).
• Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education telecalling, admissions, or counseling centers.
• Knowledge of national and international education systems.
• Strong persuasion, presentation, and follow-up skills.
