As a Tele caller at Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, provide customer support, or collect feedback. Your role will involve maintaining good customer relationships, achieving targets, and representing the company professionally on all calls. Key Responsibilities: - Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services. - Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, or referrals. - Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. - Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer complaints or issues. - Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times. - Identify and qualify potential leads from the database. - Update and maintain customer information and call records in CRM or other systems. - Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team, if required. - Persuade customers to purchase products or subscribe to services. - Cross-sell or up-sell products where applicable. - Prepare and submit daily call logs, performance reports, and feedback summaries. - Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and compliance regulations. - Maintain confidentiality of customer data. - Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
