Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-driven Telecaller to join our marketing team. Your main job will be to connect with potential customers, explain our spiritual and healing products, and convert inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential leads/customers to explain our products.
Pitch products like crystals, Vastu remedies, and spiritual accessories.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
Convert leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and marketplaces.
Handle customer queries and guide them with product recommendations.
Coordinate with the e-commerce and logistics teams when needed.
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience. (Freshers with great communication can apply)
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of spiritual/crystal products is a plus.
Confident, polite, and convincing speaking tone.
Basic computer/WhatsApp/CRM usage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
