Lokaci is India’s 1st real-time salon appointment platform.
We are an Indian e-commerce start-up in the field of beauty and healthcare, founded by IIT Delhi alumni, and headquartered in Delhi NCR. Registered under MCA Gov. Act 2013 as LOKACI INNOVATIONS & TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we have been building innovative solutions since 2017.

Our mission is to transform the salon industry with technology-driven solutions while ensuring growth opportunities for professionals and businesses.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all educational backgrounds.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Should have basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospects/candidates.
• Explain Lokaci’s services, job roles, and career opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the profile creation process.
• Maintain accurate call records and update reports/CRM.
• Convince candidates to join client salons and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with the HR team and salon partners when required.

Skills Required

• Good communication in English & Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive & target-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience while handling calls.
• Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Knowledge of salon industry roles/services.

• Fixed Salary: Upto ₹20,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sarfabad, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
