Required tellecaller at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain customer data, update CRM systems, and follow up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call logs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
