Telecaller – Visa Services

Role Overview

The Telecaller – Visa Services at Just and True Law & Services will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, qualifying prospective clients, and converting inquiries into paid consultations. The role is strictly target-oriented and must be performed in full compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards of the firm.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through advertisements, inquiries, and referrals
  • Attend inbound calls and respond to client queries regarding visa services in a professional manner
  • Explain visa categories including study visa, work visa, tourist visa, spouse visa, and permanent residency pathways as per firm-approved information

Lead Qualification & Follow-Up

  • Conduct preliminary assessment of client profiles based on basic eligibility criteria
  • Schedule consultations with senior counselors or legal advisors
  • Regularly follow up with interested clients to ensure conversion

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
  • Clearly explain service fees, consultation charges, and procedural steps
  • Ensure transparency in service delivery without making false promises or guarantees

Record Maintenance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Update client details in CRM software or manual registers
  • Submit daily and monthly performance reports to management

Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Strictly avoid misrepresentation, visa guarantees, or unauthorized legal advice
  • Follow firm-approved scripts, SOPs, and regulatory compliance guidelines
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of client data and documents

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2
  • Graduation preferred

Experience

  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration services is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
