Tellecaller (Insurance Sales)

Job Overview:

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell products. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce products.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based position with a fixed schedule; flexibility may be required during peak periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
