Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Daily outbound call to the Industrialist for land requirement, Industrial Liaisoning & Land Deal - Transactions across key MIDC locations(All Maharashtra district). Introduce the companys services/products and clearly explain their benefits to customers Answer incoming inquiries courteously and resolve basic customer doubts or redirect them as needed. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information after every call Achieve daily/weekly call targets and report call outcomes to the reporting manager. Follow-up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp until closure or further escalation. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team whenever necessary. Handle customer feedback or concerns with patience and escalate complex issues as required. Stay informed about product/service details, ongoing offers, and company updates. Maintain professional phone etiquette and adhere to company communication protocols. Preferred Candidate Profile : Female candidate. Freshers welcome training will be provided. Residing in or around Navi Mumbai. Job Location : Ghansoli Good verbal communication and polite phone manners. Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based role. Eager to learn and grow in a professional setup. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / email handling) is a plus. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
