Role & responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and persistence. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers. • Explain the products or services offered by the company. • Answer questions about products or the company. • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. • Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system. • Follow up with potential leads and convert them to sales. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Requirements: • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role preferred. • Excellent communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). • Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
