Location: Onsite (Compulsory) – [Mumbai, Maharashtra]

Eventroot Management is a reputed event and promotional services company working in the real estate sector for over 8 years. We specialize in organizing and managing real estate project launches, promotional events, and lead generation campaigns for top developers.

We're currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated Telecallers to join us for our ongoing and upcoming real estate campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to support our real estate event and promotion campaigns by:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers based on provided data.
• Explaining details of real estate projects and inviting leads to site visits or events.
• Following up with interested clients and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining call records and updating daily reports.
• Coordinating with the on-ground event team when needed.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Timings may vary slightly on event or project launch days)

Job Type & Compensation:

• Freelance / Per Day Payment Basis
• Pay: ₹850/- per day
• No bonds or contracts
• Payments cleared every 15 or 30 days, depending on the area/project assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English optional)
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus, especially in real estate or events
• Professional and punctual attitude
• Comfortable with an onsite role and flexible timings during event days
