Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective candidates and generating positive leads for further counseling.Make outbound calls to 70 contacts daily from the given data. Communicate clearly and confidently to explain our services and assess candidate interest. Identify and filter positive or interested candidates through effective conversation. Collect and update accurate information and details from potential candidates. Prepare and maintain a daily report of positive leads. Pass the list of interested candidates to the Senior Counselor for the next steps. Maintain professional and polite communication at all times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
