Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Receptionist. The role is located in Rajkot. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
• Ability to handle a dynamic work environment
• Customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
