As the first point of contact for players, you will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support across calls, chats, and tickets. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.Resolve customer queries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and gameplay.Provide real-time support via chat, email, and telephone.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments.Deliver high-quality customer experiences aligned with company standards.
