As the first point of contact for players, you will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support across calls, chats, and tickets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and gameplay. Provide real-time support via chat, email, and telephone. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments. Deliver high-quality customer experiences aligned with company standards. Requirements Proven experience in customer support or call center operations. Experience in iGaming / online gaming / sportsbook is a major advantage. Excellent communication skills (hindi + additional languages is a plus). Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends & nights). Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM and support tools.
