Job Title: Telesales Executive (Banking & Corporate Client Focus)

Location: Mumbai (Office-based role)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month + Incentives
Industry Preference: Banking, Corporate Sales, or Consumer Electronics

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and assist in lead generation and sales coordination for our LED display and digital signage products. This role will primarily involve calling prospective clients in the corporate and banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate and banking clients.
• Explain product offerings, features, and benefits of our LED TV and signage solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments and closures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
• Handle incoming queries and ensure excellent client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a tech or corporate segment.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry.
• Professional and polite phone etiquette.
• Target-driven and a team player.
