Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utility services. Conduct regular inspections of the building and systems (e.g., HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical) to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. Manage vendor and contractor relationships; supervise on-site work and ensure completion to standard. Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and respond promptly to repair requests.
