Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Team Lead with 4–6 years of sales experience , including minimum 1 year in a leadership role , preferably from insurance, financial services, or B2B/B2C background . Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives. Set sales targets and help the team achieve them. Create and implement sales strategies (B2B & B2C). Build strong relationships with clients for long-term business. Conduct regular training for team members. Track team performance and prepare sales reports. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams. Ensure all work follows company policies and compliance rules. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of sales experience with at least 1 year as a team lead. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling. Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Adaptable and target-driven with a customer-first approach. Preferred: Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales environments.
