Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive (freshers only female) Location: Mohali Industry: Real Estate Salary: Up to ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives (No Sales Targets) Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview: We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Female Tele-Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and providing accurate information about projects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound queries. Provide detailed information about real estate projects and services. Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with clients. Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team. Maintain call logs, client databases, and follow-up records. Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum 0–1 years of experience in tele-sales/telecalling (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred). Good attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
