As a dynamic candidate with a minimum of one year experience in leading a sales team, your role as a team leader will involve setting team objectives and goals, providing a clear vision, and implementing authoritative management tactics to drive the team towards success. Your responsibilities will include making decisive decisions for the team, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve set targets, and assisting employees in reaching their individual goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee sales training sessions focusing on sales pitch techniques and telephonic etiquettes - Handle escalation calls and second-level sales inquiries while communicating effectively with remote clients in the UAE - Increase productivity month on month and drive turnover growth Qualifications Required: - Minimum of one year experience in leading a sales team - Proficiency in Hindi for communication, along with required proficiency in English - Must be at least 27 years old This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as leave encashment, provident fund, health insurance, and a performance bonus.
