Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Initiate inbound calls to potential customers to Sale products.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sales Pitch:
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to give order.
• Clearly explain the features, terms, and benefits of the products.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information in.
• No Target Achievement:
• Exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work towards achieving individual and team goals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Follow ethical sales practices and maintain customer confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; higher education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
