Job Title: Telesales Executive Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (depending on experience) Experience: 0–2 years Industry: Sales / BPO / Telecom / Retail Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain products/services and convince customers to make a purchase or book an appointment. Follow up with leads and maintain call records. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
