Job Purpose: We are looking for an proactive and energetic tellecaller. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls Able to answer queries related to the business and address complaints / Gripes. Acquire know-how on the B2B Sales. Develop scripts that will be used to interact or communicate to potential prospects. Look out for the niche market to tap. Initiate and pitch for appointments over the business call. Know the market and work on market penetration. Understand the product lifecycle the organization is into Good tele / cold calling skills. Maintain call records in excel and visitors register Answer all incoming calls and redirect them whenever required or keep messages Adept in negotiation skills Requisite Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Desired Skills: Active Listening Good Team working Time Management Effective Communication Education: Graduate Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in calling /sales is preferable.
