Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Ludhiana. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales calls, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers throughout their purchasing process. Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our products and services.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to provide Training and support to customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Pervious experience in the visual branding or related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
