Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Ghaziabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our digital marketing services. The role involves providing excellent customer service, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support team training initiatives.
