Telesales Representative

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to connect with existing customers from the expired pool and those nearing expiration. Your goal will be to inform them about refinancing options or closure procedures using a predefined script. You will also be required to promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding our products or company, specifically related to refinancing and closure. Effectively gathering information about customer requirements for refinancing is crucial to your success in this role. It will be your responsibility to accurately enter customer information into our database and ensure that all data and transactions are processed efficiently using the tools provided. Collaboration with our field sales and collection teams may be necessary from time to time, so effective communication skills are essential. Maintaining detailed records of calls, sales notes, remarks, and other relevant information will also be part of your daily duties. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets and ensure the closure of expired cases within the assigned hub or data.
