Telecaller – Night Shift (CRM Product Sales)

Location: OMR Service Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring Telecallers for a tech company developing CRM solutions and engaging in Amazon-based product support. You’ll be responsible for outbound calling, product explanation, and converting leads for CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain CRM product features clearly and persuasively
• Convert leads to demo or trial users
• Follow up and maintain call records using CRM
• Handle objections and queries confidently

Requirements:

• Freshers: 2 positions open (basic communication skills required)
• Experienced: 2–3 candidates with 2 to 4 years of telecalling or telesales experience
• Communication: Decent English (as long as you can speak confidently and clearly)
• Prior experience in BPO, CRM sales, or SaaS calling is a plus
• Should be comfortable working night shifts from the office
