Telesales Representative (Female Only)

Skills & Attributes:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will focus on achieving daily call targets, generating leads, preparing quotations/proposals, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide information about products/services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals as per customer requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Report daily call performance and achievements to the team lead.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
