We are seeking Female Business Development Executives who will be responsible for handling and developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants . The role involves promoting our products/services, supporting architects in their project requirements, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and have her own conveyance for client visits. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, designers, and consultants. Promote company products/services to the architect community through meetings, presentations, and product discussions. Understand architect/client project requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product specifications, and timely support to architects. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and architect networking events. Maintain updated records of architect meetings, follow-ups, and potential opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Experience: 1–4 years in business development / architect handling / client relations (preferably in building materials, interiors, or construction industry). Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Confident, presentable personality with ability to interact effectively with architects. Self-driven with good persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools. Other Requirement: Must have own conveyance for client visits. Skills & Attributes: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls . The candidate will focus on achieving daily call targets , generating leads, preparing quotations/proposals, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and provide information about products/services. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Prepare and share quotations/proposals as per customer requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Report daily call performance and achievements to the team lead. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
