Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales personnel to join our ABPWeddings team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the platform’s benefits, and converting leads into memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain ABPWeddings’ offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate membership solutions.
• Convert warm leads into paid memberships through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Handle customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for feedback and process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation is a must for this role.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
• At least a minimum of 6 months of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in the dating/matrimony industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
