Job Summary: As a Telesales Representative, youll be reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce and sell products or services. Youll play a key role in helping the company grow by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls: Call potential customers from a provided list to introduce products or services. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Explain Products/Services: Clearly explain the features and benefits of the products or services to customers. Answer any questions customers may have about the product. Generate Sales: Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment. Meet sales targets set by the company. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any customer concerns or complaints professionally. Record and Update Information: Maintain accurate customer details and call logs in the companys system. Follow up on leads and track progress of calls made. Work with Team: Work with your team and manager to meet sales goals. Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
