Telesales Exeutive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive for FMCG Products to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services.
• Explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
• Answer customer queries and provide detailed information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales,telemarketing, or a similar field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM software familiarity
• Minimum Qualification Graduation or plus 2
