looking for passionate and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

● Call and convert potential leads, abandoned cart users, and existing CRM contacts to

complete purchases.

● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate health & wellness products.

● Provide accurate product information and assist in order confirmation.

● Maintain strong follow-up practices to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

● Build rapport with customers to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.

● Record customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.

● Work closely with dietitians and the sales team to align efforts and maximize customer

satisfaction.

● Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 6 months of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably in e-commerce,

wellness, or D2C).

● Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).

● Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored product

recommendations.

● Target-driven and self-motivated individual with a consultative selling approach.

● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

● Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
