Are you a people person with great communication skills in Tamil? We're looking for an Telesales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. You'll help students and their parents figure out the best education path for them.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reaching Out: You'll call potential students from a list we give you and follow up with them.
• Explaining Courses: You'll clearly explain details about our courses, including prices, what students will learn, and the benefits of enrolling. You'll help students and parents make smart choices.
• Helping Enroll: You'll guide people through the process of signing up for courses, turning their interest into actual enrollments.
• Keeping Records: You'll keep good notes about your calls and sales in our computer system (CRM tools).
• Staying in Touch: You'll follow up with leads through WhatsApp, email, or other ways to keep them engaged.
• Meeting Goals: You'll work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
• Teamwork: You'll work closely with our sales and academic teams to make sure new students have a smooth start.
• Handling Questions: You'll answer questions politely and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

• Great Communicator: You need to be able to speak Tamil very well.
• Good at Persuading: You should be skilled at convincing people and negotiating.
• Positive Attitude: We want someone confident, energetic, and motivated.
• Handles Pressure Well: You should be able to do many things at once and handle busy periods.
• Basic Computer Skills: You should know how to use basic computer programs like MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Education: A college degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
