This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also require maintaining customer records and reaching sales targets.
Responsibilities-
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, calls, and emails.
Generating New Business.
Provide information on IT Services / Offers to clients.
Solve customers' queries over the phone.
Understand customer needs and pitch in sales.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Must have a Good Personality and Excellent Communication Skills.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager.
Experience in IT Sector Preferred.
