Telesales Executive – Wealth Management

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospects from our database to either onboard them as channel partners or convince them to invest in our financial products such as bonds and mutual funds.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of financial markets. Training and support will be provided by our in-house team to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and channel partners through outbound calls from verified leads and databases.
• Present JRK’s financial offerings — including Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other investment solutions — in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
• Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs, addressing queries, and handling objections confidently.
• Guide and assist interested clients through the investment or partner registration process.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and progress reports in the CRM system.
• Achieve (and aim to exceed) monthly targets for sales, conversions, and client engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and closure experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Finance preferred, not mandatory)
• 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience — freshers welcome
• Basic knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi and Bengali (optional)
• Confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven
• Comfortable working with targets and goals
