Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading automobile company based in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell automobiles and related services.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle models or offers.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and showroom walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
• Handle customer queries professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
• Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales or direct sales (automobile sales experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Hindi or local language will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
