Job Description – Telecaller & WhatsApp Marketing Executive (Mobility Sales)Position: Telecaller / WhatsApp Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & Marketing (Mobility)Location: [Your Office Location]Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Vodafone Idea mobility products & services. Handle inbound queries and provide complete information on plans, offers, and services. Generate leads through telecalling and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Maintain customer database and follow up on potential leads to ensure conversions. Promote SIM activations, MNP (Port-in), Prepaid & Postpaid connections, and Data/Broadband services. Send bulk WhatsApp messages, offers, and updates to targeted customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the management. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel. Requirements & Skills:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate with good communication skills. Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / WhatsApp marketing preferred (freshers can also apply). Basic knowledge of mobile connections, recharge plans, and telecom services will be an advantage. Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets. Comfortable in Hindi and basic English communication. Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and calling tools. Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience). Incentives on achieving sales targets. Growth opportunities in sales & business development.
