We’re expanding and looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to be part of our growth journey. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and walk-ins. Follow up on inquiries from students and parents regarding digital marketing courses. Explain course details, career benefits, and placement support offered by Digiperform. Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, or center visits. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads, follow-ups, and enrollments. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and performance. Who You Are: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, counseling, or educational sales. Confident and clear communicator in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills with a results-driven approach. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel.
