Role Overview: As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to make tele-calls to the leads provided to you for various courses. You will be required to conduct initial calls, shortlist prospective leads, and submit them to Counselors. Additionally, you will need to provide detailed information about all the courses to the leads over calls and focus on generating referrals from the leads.
