Job Description

We are looking for 10 experienced professionals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in IVF consultant (Service/Sales) related domain to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule consultations. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels. Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs and concerns of potential clients regarding IVF procedures. Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's IVF consulting services. Address client queries and concerns professionally and empathetically. Explain the process of IVF, and any related procedures. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and track progress. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Ensure a positive and professional client experience. Maintain detailed records of client interactions. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IVF technology and procedures. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and pricing. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record client information and sales data in the CRM system. Generate sales reports and provide feedback to management.
