Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to travel agents, leads & customers for promoting our travel packages. Handle inbound calls & WhatsApp enquiries professionally. Explain packages, itineraries, prices, inclusions & services clearly. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings (B2B & B2C). Maintain follow-up and build strong client relationships. Coordinate with operations team for bookings, vouchers, and client requirements. Maintain daily call logs, client data, leads & conversions. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication skills – Hindi & English Confident, polite & customer-handling ability Good knowledge of Uttarakhand tourism (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to sell travel packages & achieve monthly targets Computer & WhatsApp skills, basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge Experience as a telecaller in travel industry preferred
