Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales. Explain the features and benefits of products/services clearly and convincingly. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up on previous leads and conduct cold calls to generate new opportunities. Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-ups. Maintain call records and prepare regular reports on call outcomes. Key Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Fluent in English. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
