Telesales Executive

Role / Title:Virtual Relationship Manager. Reporting to: Team Leader/Manager. Department:Loans Location: Mumbai.   KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible to help customers with queries and questions related to products and services. We are looking for Tele callers to join our team, who is passionate to work alongside a team on a long-term basis.   MAJOR DELIVERABLES: ●      Respond to customer queries and customer concern ●      Deliver scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific the customer. ●      Maintain record of Customer details like name, address and the feedback and records of transactions. ●      Contactbusinesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services ●      Provide excellent customer service by explaining customers about our products. ●      Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment ●      Should be fluent in language spoken and in making out-bound calls. ●      Should be able to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. ●     Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant experience can mail their resumes at hr@switchmyloan.in   Role Specifications Educational Qualification: Graduate Preferred.   Years and type of experience: 1 to 2 years experience/fresher Good communication skills (English & Hindi) & other language will be an added Advantage.   Competencies: Ms. Office Industry: DSA, Bank, NBFC   Behavioral Competencies: ●      Result oriented ●      Customer-oriented attitude.     Problem-solving skills. ●  Knowledge of company products and services. ●  Should focus on customer retention and satisfaction. ●  Good relationship skills with understanding of client service ●  Expertise in Loans. ●  Languages:English/Hindi/ Regional*
