Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products or services. The goal is to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services. Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients. Generate and follow up on leads. Provide detailed product/service information to customers. Maintain customer databases and update contact details regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Schedule appointments for sales teams or demonstrations. Record call details and customer feedback accurately. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department. Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous tone during calls.
